Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of awareness. It's a very dynamic and powerful technology where one harness the mental, physical and nervous energies of the body, with a practice that combines certain dynamic postures, breathwork, mudras, eye-focus, mantra, bandhas and meditation.
This precise and conscious technology balances the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system, expands the lung capacity, and purifies the blood. It brings balance and uplift the spirit.
My personal experience of Kundalini Yoga Lesson is that it leaves you feeling like you’ve been to therapy, had an wonderful overall workout, plus enjoyed an amazing singing session. It's highly energizing and relaxing at the same time.
On a deeper level this technology is preparing the body, nervous system, and mind to handle the energy of Kundalini rising. We live in a period of great change and shifts. The techniques of Kundalini Yoga make us capable to hold this new energy instead of it overwhelming us. We create, direct, release, harness and control this potent energy for true well-being.
Kundalini Yoga is for EVERY ONE. Young and old. No prior skills needed. It's recommended that you come with an open mind, commit to your practice and show up consistently.

The dynamic of a small intimate group is a beautiful support for your inner journey, as we are sharing energy and are raising the vibration together.
