Reflexology, also known as reflex zone therapy, is a holistic medical practice involving the application of pressure and stimulation on specific points on the feet, face, ears, and hands. This is done using thumbs, fingers, wooden massage tools and hand massage techniques without the use of oil or lotion. It is based on a system of zones and reflex areas that correspond to certain areas, muscles, bones, energy fields or organs in the body. It works by stimulating these reflex points to release stress, tension and stuck energy and to promote detoxification, relaxation and healing.

Reflexology can balance, cleanse, and heal your symptoms and disorders by working to heal the root cause of your disease. Reflexology is primarily done under the feet, but leaves you with an overall feeling of a deep bodily relaxation. You will often experience more energy and wellbeing after the reflexology treatments, regardless of your symptoms. Reflexology can also be a holistic treat and loving self care to maintain a balanced body, mind and spirit.

Each treatment is customized to your desired need, within an atmosphere of support and love. From the safe space and comfort of my many years as a practitioner, I offer a personal journey for you towards a body that knows how to heal itself, a mind that is calmer, a stronger nervous system, a clear intuitive self and a feeling of love and acceptance of your beautiful natural being.
